Atlantis Models is an American model-kit manufacturer dedicated to preserving the history and tradition of the plastic modeling hobby while introducing classic subjects to new generations of builders. Founded in 2009 by Peter Vetri and Rick DelFavero, Atlantis has become particularly well known for restoring and reissuing vintage model kits using original tooling from legendary manufacturers such as Revell, Monogram, Aurora, and Renwal, including molds dating back to the 1950s. A major expansion came in 2018 when Atlantis acquired a large collection of historic tooling, artwork, and archival materials from Revell, allowing many long-unavailable kits to return to hobby-store shelves. Its diverse catalog includes aircraft, automobiles, military vehicles, ships, figures and monsters, rockets, space and science-fiction subjects, STEM kits, and other nostalgic releases, often featuring distinctive retro-style packaging and officially licensed subjects.
